FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
When to see a psychotherapist?
Psychotherapy is a tool for self-knowledge and transformation. It will help you connect with your own unconscious processes that go unnoticed in life, as well as resolve emotional conflicts and prevent health problems.
If you feel dissatisfied, lack the energy to live the life you want, or are in a period of change, the best decision is to start your psychotherapy.
I opt for the psychoanalytic method, which is a very effective tool for producing a real change within ourselves that helps us review our beliefs. It is common for us to deceive ourselves, which leads to conflicts with others. The conflict with ourselves and with others comes from the fact that we give too much importance to thoughts and sensations that come from consciousness, but we know nothing about the true thoughts that are unconscious and where our true way of being lies.
Undergoing psychotherapy will reconcile you with the world you live in and with others, the people you love. You will be able to enjoy better communication with others and with yourself. Suffering serves no purpose.
